Track vendor certifications, insurance policies, and compliance documents to ensure all requirements are met.

Compliance tracking

Document Type Description
Insurance Certificate Proof of liability coverage

Adding compliance documents

  1. Navigate to the vendor record.
  2. Click the Compliance tab.
  3. Click Add Document.
  4. Upload the file and set the expiration date.

Expiration alerts

GovSavi automatically alerts you when compliance documents are nearing expiration. Configure alert timing in Settings > Notifications.

Tip: Set up automated reminders 30, 60, and 90 days before document expiration.
